Challenge

One of the main challenges was rendering high-resolution 360° panoramic environments smoothly across different devices while maintaining strong performance. The platform needed to support intuitive navigation between buildings, floors, and units, without overwhelming the user despite the complexity of the system. Additional challenges included managing large visual assets, synchronizing interactive hotspots with spatial positioning, and designing a clean interface that supports rich interaction.

Solution

Our solution focused on building a lightweight and optimized real-time visualization system using Three.js and WebGL. We implemented layered scene loading to ensure fast transitions and minimal loading times, while an interactive mapping structure connects panoramic views with architectural layouts. The interface was designed to guide users naturally through the environment, maintaining clarity, responsiveness, and a premium visual experience across all devices.
