2. AI transparency
The Navia AI Assistant is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a human employee, representative, adviser or customer-support agent.
Users should be informed that they are interacting with an AI system at or before the beginning of the interaction, unless this is already obvious from the context.
Clients who install the Navia AI Assistant on their websites are responsible for preserving appropriate AI identification and disclosure notices and must not intentionally present the assistant as a human.
The assistant may use a client-selected name, branding, logo or communication style. Such personalization does not change the automated nature of the system.

- Users should exercise reasonable judgment before acting on an AI-generated output.
- Contact details and other information submitted through the assistant must be accurate and lawfully provided.
- Users must not submit information that they are not authorized to disclose.

7. User input and response accuracy
The quality and relevance of AI-generated responses depend heavily on the information available to the system.
If a user provides input that is unclear, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, the resulting output may also be inaccurate or unsuitable.
The assistant may not have access to:
- Current events.
- Recently changed prices.
- Real-time availability.

A lead score, category, summary or recommendation should not be treated as an objective fact or final business decision. Clients should review the original conversation and relevant information before contacting a person, rejecting an inquiry, prioritizing a lead or making another consequential decision.
The assistant should not be used to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals unless the use has been separately assessed and implemented in compliance with applicable law.
