ITeOn was developed as a comprehensive B2B digital platform presenting managed IT services, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure support, migration services, employee training, and business automation in a clear enterprise-focused web experience. The main objective of the project was to transform a broad portfolio of technical services into a structured platform that communicates trust, expertise, and long-term partnership value for companies of different sizes.

Challenge

One of the key challenges was organizing a large number of highly technical services, including infrastructure management, help desk operations, cloud migrations, patch management, IT security, audits, Microsoft 365 governance, and employee education into an intuitive service discovery structure. The platform also needed to support multiple product ecosystems such as the learning platform, support portal, digital documents, and eStore, while keeping the user journey simple and conversion-oriented.

Our solution focused on building a scalable service-driven web platform with clearly separated service pillars, strong enterprise messaging, project proof sections, trust-building testimonials, and direct access to connected business products.
